We truly enjoyed our stay at this place which had a room with satellite TV, climate control, a microwave, and a clean bathroom with a bathtub.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a JUST PERFECT stay. Every staff member was helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and a nice size with a balcony. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were nice.

A bar to drown my sorrows, a balcony to escape the chaos, and free WiFi to complain about it all. Close to the gardens, where I can pretend I'm in a better place. Breakfast to fuel my disappointment. Airport shuttle: to escape this nightmare.

Who doesn't enjoy noisy neighbours, arguing in the streets, and the sweet sound of a water pump engine at all hours? Such a relaxing experience.

i would say it's handy base for staying and exploring catania. i have stayed in the double room with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. the property has a convenient location, short walk to the biggest market of catania, main attractions and an area of bars/restaurants, and bus stop of shuttle bus to the airport.

We received a warm welcome with fresh fruit and a cold bottle of water upon arrival. The hosts were kind and accommodating, great to check in early. The rooms werenice and neat, and the location was very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being near the market, the noise was minimal when the doors were closed and the AC was on. We enjoyed some great local seafood restaurants and good cake shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

The guestrooms at Antico Mercato are so cozy and comfortable with premium bedding and air conditioning. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I loved having a kitchen in my room, complete with a microwave and fridge. It made it so convenient to prepare my own meals. The satellite flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for entertainment. I enjoyed relaxing on the comfy seating area and watching my favorite shows. The electric kettle in the double room was a nice touch. I could make myself a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The private bathroom with a bidet was a pleasant surprise. It added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the oven in the quadruple room. I didn't have much use for it during my stay.

We stayed at Antico Mercato for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The breakfast at Café Bellini was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was great, right next to the Metro and bus stop, and we loved exploring the local market. The atmosphere was amazing, especially in the mornings. The host was very responsive and even fixed our broken shower quickly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Antico Mercato. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the balcony provided a cozy place to relax, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, with a market right outside and a Lidl store just a two-minute walk away. the central bus station was also within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city and catching buses to the airport. a great experience. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 👌.
